Land Development Lead – Ground-Up Projects

Remedy Medical Properties, Inc. seeks a Land Development Manager to support our national Design & Construction team. The role can reside in Indianapolis, Chicago, or Charlotte, and involves managing ground-up development, due diligence, entitlements, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. You will lead site due diligence, review reports, develop concept layouts, budgets, and schedules, and help secure permits.
