Neonatologist Opportunity In GeorgiaJob Quick Facts: Specialty: Neonatology Job Type: Permanent Facility Location: Johns Creek & Savannah, GA Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Vacancy Coverage Type: Clinical +Call Work/Call Schedule: 24-hr shifts on-sitePatient Volume: 7-8 (NICU) Annual Deliveries: 1,100 Specialty Backup: Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and multidisciplinary teams Beds in the Dept: - Johns Creek: 16 - Savannah: 92 NICU Level: III Duties: - Attend and manage high-risk deliveries - Deliver specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns - Provide care for healthy newborns in the newborn nursery - Collaborate closely with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and multidisciplinary teamsRequirements: Active GA License (or willing to obtain) BC/BE DEA Clean Record (highly preferred) Neonatology training/fellowship Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days active)
