Pediatric ABA Therapist

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide 1:1, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support behavior reduction and skill acquisition, and collect accurate data to track progress. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the care team within a supportive, mission-driven culture that emphasizes clinical excellence, strong communication, continuous learning, and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for professional development and growth. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or center-based settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Collect accurate session data and document progress in required systems. Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals across communication, social, and daily living skills. Collaborate closely with supervising clinicians, families, and school teams as needed. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings. Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards in all interactions.
