Studio Leonelli is a U.S.-focused corporate legal boutique advising high-growth companies—especially international founders expanding into the U.S. We’re looking to add a seasoned employment attorney to our bench. This is a high-impact, flexible role working directly with founders, executives, and scaling companies.
What you’ll do:- Draft and refine employment documents (offer letters, EPIAs/CIIAs, arbitration agreements, employment agreements, severance agreements, etc.)
- Advise on employment compliance across all 50 states
- Support executives/employees negotiating employment offers and contracts
- Review, build, and update company policies and handbooks
- Structure employment and compensation arrangements for startups/scaleups
- Advise on employment aspects of M&A transactions
What we’re looking for:- 5+ years practicing employment law
- Strong experience with multi-state (50-state) employment compliance
- Deep library of high-quality precedent documents
- Experience with equity compensation (LLCs + corporations)
- Significant work with startups and scaling companies
- Strong understanding of market terms across employee levels
- Up-to-date on evolving employment laws
