Estimator For Steel Erection ProjectsHCS is currently seeking an Estimator for Steel Erection Projects. The Estimator will be responsible for Estimating and Pre-Construction for a large variety of commercial and industrial structural steel projects.

Estimating and quantity take-offsPreparing and managing bid packagesSchedulingCost controlManaging RFISubcontractor managementClient relationsProcurementBid analysis and quality controlRequirements include:1+ years' structural steel or miscellaneous metal estimating project experience requiredBachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferredExperience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and WordExperience with Bluebeam or relevant estimating software a plusExperience with Fabtrol or Fabsuite a plusAbility to manage multiple estimates simultaneouslyAbility to work in a team environment
