Remote FP&A Director: Strategy, Forecasting & M&A

Confluent Medical is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead corporate FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will manage a cross-functional team, drive cost analysis, and own the company-wide reporting and KPI framework. You will partner with the CFO and Senior Leadership to deliver insightful financial metrics, oversee BI tools (Power BI, Domo), and guide strategic decision-making across SG&A, pricing, and capital planning.
