Director of Equity Accounting & Stock Compensation

StubHub is seeking a Director of Equity Accounting to lead global equity incentive accounting, valuation, and forecasting. You will advise senior leadership on complex equity structures, ensure GAAP compliance, and coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Treasury across the organization. The role requires CPA, 7+ years of related experience (5+ in public accounting preferred), and deep experience with SEC reporting.
