APPLY NOWWorking remotely in a full-time capacity, the Streaming Media Assistant will provide live operational support, monitor system health, and manage incident responses for streaming media products using proprietary software.
Key responsibilities:
Provide hands-on operational and procedural support for live and on-demand streaming media products
Monitor system health and manage incidents to ensure proper functionality across platforms
Orchestrate live and VOD streaming media processes using proprietary softwareRequired qualificationsAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong understanding of computers and applications
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
1 year of relevant working experience in digital media or online organizations preferred
