APPLY NOWLead the operational engine behind our TPA, designing work with AI at the center. Report to the COO and partner with product and engineering to automate plan servicing.
What You'll Do:
Build scalable operations with documented processes and self-service training.
Set SLAs and quality metrics with automated tracking and continuous improvement.
Drive AI and workflow automation adoption across servicing operations.
Qualifications:
10+ years in retirement plan administration or TPA operations, with team leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules; confidence as in-house authority.
Proven track record of scaling operations through process and technology.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary $200,000-$225,000 plus annual bonus and equity.
