Overnight Veterinary Care Coordinator

Key responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from pet families and provide support during end-of-life conversations Schedule in-home veterinary appointments and explain services offered by the organization Maintain accurate records and coordinate with veterinarians and internal team membersRequired qualificationsExperience in customer service, veterinary reception, or healthcare scheduling Compassion and emotional intelligence when assisting grieving families Strong computer skills and ability to learn various cloud-based systems Dependable attendance and punctuality for the overnight shift Previous veterinary or animal-care experience is a plus
