The day-to-day includes:
- Support repair and maintenance of production HVAC needs including support equipment
- Perform general maintenance of rooftop package AC units, split units, air handlers, and make-up HVAC units.
- Communicate with internal customers and management about the planning, repairs, and maintenance of the facilities' equipment
- Communicate with co-workers through meetings, digital pass-downs, and CMMS record keeping
- Be committed to a culture of safety
- This job is right for you if you have (minimum requirements):Extensive knowledge of refrigeration equipment
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to respond outside of "normal" business hours to support your team
- Ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds, feel comfortable using ladders and lifts, be able to walk and climb regularly
- This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
