Qualifications:
Master'sDegreeinBusinessAdministration, Healthcare Administration, orarelatedhealthcare field (preferred).Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstratedbyresponsibilitiessuchasoverseeinghospitaloperations, budgetdevelopment, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance. Fiveyearsofmanagementexperienceinthehealthcareindustry, withaminimumof2-3yearsin a Senior Management position. Mayberequiredtoworkweekdaysand/orweekends, eveningsand/ornightshifts.
