Axon seeks a Staff Product Designer for Prepared's 911 platform, a hybrid role based in Manhattan. You'll own end-to-end design across critical products, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape direction and deliver impact in high-stakes environments.
You'll build deep relationships with customers, prototype rapidly (AI-assisted workflows), and contribute to a scalable design system that balances speed, usability and real-world constraints.
