Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice in various departments.
- Educate customers on proper use, installation, and maintenance of products.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with store merchandising and promotional displays.
- Support team members in other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge: Strong understanding of general home maintenance, basic tools, lawn and garden, & hardware.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require reaching, bending, and climbing.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
