Video Editor

Role Description: The Video Editor role at FourWebGroup is a full-time, on-site position based in Fairfield, NJ. In this role, the Video Editor will edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for digital campaigns, branded videos, social media, and other marketing assets. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and assembling footage, applying color correction and grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and optimizing audio and pacing for maximum impact. The Video Editor will collaborate with producers, designers, and other creatives to interpret briefs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver projects on deadline. The role also involves preparing final deliverables in appropriate formats, managing file organization, and contributing creative input to improve story flow and overall production quality.

Qualifications: Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage and creating narrative flow. Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content. Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging. Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects). Solid understanding of digital formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and delivery standards for web and social platforms. Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams. Relevant experience in a creative or digital agency environment; a portfolio or reel showcasing previous work is required.
