The Talent Management & Learning group within the Human Resources team at the NBA is seeking a Talent & Engagement Lead to design and execute key people programs across the organization. You will drive performance management, engagement surveys, and talent development initiatives while partnering with leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
You will own end-to-end processes, coordinate with HR partners, and ensure accurate reporting and materials for leadership reviews.
