WE OFFER:Free and discounted nights for all associates Open roles for Cranberry Township: General Manager (salary) Lead the overall success of our hotel by ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and managing the complete customer experience. This leadership role focuses on achieving positive associate satisfaction, meeting financial goals, and upholding property reputation while maintaining company brand standards. You'll provide leadership to property associates and ensure the hotel is viewed as an exceptional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests
- Ensure rooms are Guest Ready with the highest cleanliness standards
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard and train new associates
- Drive positive work environment through teamwork, leading by example with energy and enthusiasm
- Manage labor expenses, cash management, and in-house guest balances
- Conduct daily room inspections and team meetings
- Ensure quality lead generation quotas are achieved
- Directly manage an Assistant General Manager / Team Leader
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required
- Customer experience required
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle check2-year degree highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers including email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
- Ability to organize multiple projects and manage priorities
- Conversational Spanish beneficial
