Job Description:

Represent Premier Service's brand and Client Experience core value at every touchpoint, from first site visit through project completion. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture — required. Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape design and/or design build sales, ideally spanning high-end residential, golf, and/or commercial landscape work. Demonstrated ability to manage a full consultative sales cycle independently, from first client consultation through signed contract. Solid technical design skills: site design, planting design, hardscape design; working knowledge of grading and drainage principles as they affect design feasibility and cost. Proficiency with design/presentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Dynascape, or comparable tools).Comfortable operating within an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environment and a CRM-driven (Aspire) sales process. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to client sites across the service area.
