Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects, prepare and monitor budgets, project scheduling, etc.
Perform business development to maintain and grow our relationship with the DOTclients and teaming partners
Participate at DOTworkshops, meetings, and events.
Provide support and project lead for planning, design, and reporting on various transportation projects
Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets for various projects, primarily for DOT.
Required Experience: 8+ years of transportation experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally throughout South Dakota for business development and project meetings
Comfortable speaking at client and public events
