Hybrid Appraiser II: Mass Valuation & Analytics

Pierce County is seeking an experienced Appraiser 2 to join the Assessor-Treasurer's Office. You will work on mass appraisal and statistical assignments, collaborating with the Statistical Team and Appraiser 3 to expand valuation models and ensure data accuracy. You’ll perform field and appraisal work, engage with property owners and managers, and contribute to reliable valuation processes while leveraging Excel and statistical tools to support decisions.
