Timber Investment Modeling & Planning Analyst

Manulife John Hancock is seeking a timber investment analyst to develop and deliver complex timber models supporting asset management decisions for clients, portfolio managers, and property teams in North America. Responsibilities include discounted cash-flow modeling, assumption development, harvest scheduling, and price forecasting; and to prepare long‑term plans and price schedules for timber assets. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is required.
