OBJECTIVE:
The Machine Assembler is responsible for assembling high-quality commercial machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to meet structured production timelines.
JOB DUTIES:
Assemble mechanical components based on hands-on training and memorized processes (no written work instructions or blueprints provided on the floor) Consistently meet established takt time requirements to maintain production flow and output targets Use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.) and standard power tools safely and effectively Perform in-process quality checks to ensure high craftsmanship standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment Proven ability to learn and retain detailed assembly processes through hands-on training Strong memory and ability to consistently replicate multi-step assembly procedures without written instructions Experience working under takt time or structured time-based production requirements Proficiency using hand tools and standard power tools Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments SmartTalent Staffingis an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receiveconsideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
