What You'll Do: As a Fitness Specialist, you'll play a vital role in promoting health and wellness throughout our community by: Assisting Team Leaders with the development, promotion, and implementation of fitness classes, wellness workshops, and special events for Residents and Team Members Instructing exercise classes, aquatics classes, and educational workshops Staying current on the latest trends and best practices in the fitness industry Conducting fitness and health-related screenings Developing individualized exercise plans Assisting with the care and maintenance of pools and fitness centers Ensuring fitness, aquatics, and satellite centers remain neat, clean, and safe Completing bi-monthly maintenance checks of satellite fitness centers throughout the community Serving as a lifeguard when needed Performing other duties as assigned!

Qualifications: We're looking for candidates who have: A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Lifeguard and CPR certifications Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Excellent customer service skills! HoursFull-Time: 36-40 hours per week Schedule Tuesday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 7:30 AM-2:30 PM Location The Cultural Center at Willow Valley Communities 900 Willow Valley Lakes Drive Willow Street, PA 17584 Ready to make a difference through fitness and wellness?
