Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On):
Our client, a busy graphics manufacturing shop, is looking for a hands-on Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor who isn’t afraid to work on the floor with the team. This is a working role—not a desk job.
What You’ll Do:- Lead daily shipping and warehouse operations
- Pick, pack, crate, and ship graphics, signage, and materials
- Load/unload trucks and handle incoming shipments
- Coordinate UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight shipments
- Keep inventory organized and accurate
- Make sure orders go out on time and damage-free
- Supervise a small team and keep work moving
What We’re Looking For:- Warehouse/shipping experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Previous lead or supervisor experience is a plus
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with freight and parcel shipping
- BonusGraphics/sign shop experience
- Forklift experience
