APPLY NOWA well-established real estate organization in Manhattan is looking to add a Systems Analyst to its growing Technology team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support work while also getting exposure to broader infrastructure, security, and automation projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serving as a key point of contact for incoming IT requests and incidents, working through a ticketing system to keep response times and resolutions on track
- Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) across their full lifecycle, from provisioning to retirement
- Supporting core business applications including Microsoft 365 and Adobe products
- Managing printers and print infrastructure, including networked devices and drivers
- Administering user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes across Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Keeping conference rooms and AV setups running smoothly for both in-person and remote meetings
- Writing and maintaining internal documentation and knowledge base articles
- Partnering with the Infrastructure, Security, and Applications teams on projects and rollouts
- Owning onboarding and offboarding logistics, from account creation to device and access setup
- Looking for opportunities to bring automation and AI tooling into day-to-day support work to make the team more efficient
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus)3+ years supporting end users, systems, and hardware in a professional environment
- Solid working knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Exchange Online, and Group Policy
- Comfortable across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) for diagnosing connectivity issues
- Some exposure to endpoint management or remote monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting instincts, good documentation habits, and solid time management
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a genuine interest in improving how things run
- A service-first attitude, patient and clear with end users at every skill level
Nice to Have:
- Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar)
- Background implementing security controls like MFA, Conditional Access, or Group Policy hardening
- Experience managing device policies through an MDM platform like Intune
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for tracking your own workload and reporting progress
