Richemont, one of the world leaders in the luxury sector, has various Houses specializing in jewelry, watches and high-end accessories. Each Maison proudly embodies a tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship and Richemont strives to preserve the heritage and identity specific to each of them. At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity. As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Cartier's Ecommerce team in the optimization of the end-to-end online order journey within a luxury retail environment. This is a hybrid role based in New York. You'll work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and cross-functional partners to build reporting that drives decisions, monitor system health across our digital platforms, gather requirements from data and stakeholder feedback to inform and manage site enhancements, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Excel and Looker to track KPIs across the order lifecycle (e.g., conversion rates, fulfillment rates, delivery performance, return rates). Leverage GA4 to monitor site performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to inform business decisions. Own weekly and monthly reporting cycles, preparing performance summaries for the team with clear callouts for trends, anomalies, and recommended actions. Product Ownership Proactively monitor backend platforms (SFCC, Fluent OMS, SAP) to identify bugs, system errors, and performance issues impacting the customer or operational experience. Leverage AI-powered monitoring tools (e.g., Noibu) to track and manage ongoing site health. Monitor ticket progress in JIRA, follow up with development teams, and escalate blockers to ensure timely resolution. Attend sprint reviews with development teams and facilitate regular check-ins between business and technical stakeholders. Serve as the primary market contact for day-to-day issues. Lead QA processes during deployments, system updates, and site enhancements — validating that changes perform as expected across the order journey before and after release. Develop and maintain QA checklists and testing protocols to ensure consistent quality standards across releases. Flag regression issues and coordinate with development teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve defects within agreed timelines. Client Experience & UI/UX Serve as a cross-functional point of contact in support of the E-Commerce Manager on client experience and UI/UX improvement initiatives, with the opportunity to grow into full ownership of this area. Manage project administration for site and order journey enhancements, including maintaining timelines, scheduling meetings, gathering cross-functional feedback, and preparing synopses for stakeholder review. Leverage order journey and site analytics to identify UX friction points and recommend specific enhancements to improve the client experience. Gather, synthesize, and document requirements for site and order journey enhancements using analytics tools (GA4, Looker), cross-functional feedback, and client survey data — translating insights into clearly actionable inputs for development and product teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and critical problem solver who approaches issues with a logical mindset, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are highly analytical, comfortable distilling complex data into clear takeaways, and an effective communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences. They are amenable to change, adaptable to shifting priorities, and able to negotiate alignment across stakeholders with competing needs. Experience in luxury retail or premium brand e-commerce is a plus, as is exposure to Fluent OMS, SAP, SFCC, or SQL.
