General Information Tell us about the unit(s):Number of Beds - 24 Number of Staff - 46 Patient Ratios : 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts) Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients Documentation system: EPICScheduling requirements: Straight nights or 50/50 Floating policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient Typical hiring profile
Must have:- 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):Rapid Sequence Intubations Central line placements Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills. Procedures performed on unit: central line placement, bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial line placement, chest tube placement Best personality Fit:
