Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver home-based care across East Boston, Chelsea, and surrounding communities. You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and work with a collaborative team to restore mobility and independence. You'll have autonomy in scheduling with a focus on safe, effective therapy while receiving support from admission PTs and care coordinators. Massachusetts registration and 1+ year PT experience are required.
