Litigation Associate | Legal Technology & Innovation

DiPasquale & Summers, LLP, a small, successful boutique law firm in Honolulu, is looking for an attorney who brings more to the table than strong research and writing skills. We want someone who can think on their feet, persuade others, develop relationships, and ultimately become an effective trial attorney. Equally important, we want someone who understands where technology is taking the legal profession and wants to be part of that change. Experience or a demonstrated interest in developing automated agents, API integrations, custom workflows, and other emerging technologies is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who wants to build and improve systems, not simply use the tools already available. The position offers hands-on civil litigation experience, direct client interaction, opportunities for courtroom advocacy, and a meaningful role in developing and modernizing the practice. For the right person, there is also the potential for long-term leadership, partnership, and eventual ownership. Prior litigation experience is preferred, but we are open to less experienced attorneys who demonstrate exceptional potential. Hawaiʻi Bar admission, or eligibility and a commitment to obtain admission, is required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are not in a rush to hire. Finding the right person is far more important than filling the position.
