Hydroelectric Dam Program Lead - Strategic Project Manager

Alliant Energy is seeking a Senior-level Project Manager to lead a large, complex hydroelectric dam maintenance project from planning through execution. The role is based in the Madison General Office with travel to Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, regulators, and contractors to deliver critical infrastructure safely, on time, and within budget, applying strong leadership and rigorous project governance.
