- Pays attention to details
- Can handle phones, walk-in customers, and multiple tasks without losing track of things
- Understands that promises made to customers need to be promises the company can actually keep
- Works well as part of a team
- Follows established procedures instead of making up their own
- Wants to learn and become better at the job over time
- ExperienceSales, automotive, powersports, equipment, hardware, parts-counter, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required.
- If you're motivated and willing to learn, we'll teach you our products and systems.
- What Matters Most to UsWe want someone who takes care of the customer and the team.
- That means listening before selling, asking questions when you're unsure, communicating with the shop, keeping accurate paperwork, and doing things the right way even when we're busy.
- We aren't looking for a high-pressure salesperson.
- We're looking for someone customers can trust, coworkers can depend on, and we can train into a knowledgeable long-term member of our team.
- If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
