To support the Pediatric Behavior Health Team, the full-time Missouri Licensed Community Support Specialist will provide in-home community health services to pediatric behavioral health patients and their families, managing care for 12-15 families weekly while working remotely after 90 days.
Key responsibilities:
Provide clinical case management and support to families and children in community settings
Complete assessments and develop comprehensive treatment and crisis plans
Teach behavioral interventions and connect families to community resources
Required qualifications:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
Less than 1 year of applicable experience
Clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance
