Production Control Supervisor Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 30.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Supervise daily production control activities to support manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer and operational requirements. Coordinate material availability with purchasing, inventory, and production departments. Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as needed. Track work orders and ensure timely completion of production goals. Manage inventory levels to support efficient production flow. Work closely with production, quality, shipping, and management teams. Analyze production data and prepare reports for leadership. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Train and support production control personnel as needed.
Production Control Supervisor Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of Production Control experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production scheduling and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software.
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Interested candidates must submit a current resume for consideration.
