Civil Litigation Attorney – Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities: Manage civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, and settlement discussions. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties. Manage case deadlines and maintain accurate case files.

Qualifications: Active Texas Bar license in good standing. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $270,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
