About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Solutions and Design to lead the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of its design and implementation programs. This senior leader will be responsible for ensuring that every client solution is designed for scalability, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional stakeholder experience. The role involves overseeing all client implementation activities, developing and executing the vision and strategy for patient support programs, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also be a key player in client and business development, partnering with the commercial team, and will be expected to have a strong background in patient support services, HUB operations, and commercialization. Candidates for the Vice President, Client Solutions and Design position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred) and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical commercialization, or related industries. A minimum of 10 years leading large cross-functional implementations or a patient support operations organization is required. The role demands extensive knowledge of patient support services, HUB operations, and commercialization services, as well as a proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
