Kim Health Center, a growing dental clinic dedicated to serving underserved communities, is seeking a compassionate and experiencedpart-time Dental Hygienist. Join our collaborative, mission-driven team and help patients achieve lasting oral health through high-quality care and education.
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Opportunity to occasionally add a third day when mutually beneficial
Key Responsibilities:- Provide preventive and therapeutic dental care, including cleanings, screenings, and patient education
- Perform prophylactic cleanings, debridement, scaling, and root planing
- Take dental X-rays and conduct oral cancer screenings
- Complete accurate patient charting and clinical documentation
- Follow proper sterilization procedures, including autoclave use
- Collaborate with the dentist and Registered Dental Assistant to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
Requirements:- At least three years of dental hygiene experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills
- A compassionate approach and commitment to caring for underserved populations
