Director of Asset Preservation & Post-Foreclosure

Newrez is seeking a Director Preservation & Post-Foreclosure to lead the Property Preservation and Post-Foreclosure teams, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of assets per investor guidelines and regulations throughout the life cycle of mortgage servicing. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee post-foreclosure processes, drive KPIs, and mentor staff, with an on-site requirement and a strong focus on compliance and cost control.
