Sorting Associates

Job Summary: We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Sorting Associates to join a phone repair warehouse. The Sorting Associate will be responsible for receiving, sorting, organizing, and inspecting phones and electronic devices as they move through the repair and processing operation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Sort phones and electronic devices according to model, condition, repair status, and designated work areas. Inspect devices for visible damage, missing parts, or other issues. Separate devices into the appropriate categories for repair, testing, processing, or shipping. Accurately scan and/or record device information using warehouse systems. Apply labels and maintain proper identification of devices throughout the process. Organize inventory and keep work areas clean and orderly. Handle phones and small electronic components carefully to prevent damage. Follow established procedures for handling and processing electronic devices. Meet daily productivity and quality expectations. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Follow all company safety, security, and quality guidelines. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse, sorting, production, electronics, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning/inventory systems. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting. Must be available to start immediately once all pre-employment requirements are completed.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly handle, sort, and move small electronic devices. Ability to lift and carry boxes or materials as required. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to maintain accuracy while working at a consistent pace.
