BESS Lead: Utility-Scale Storage Strategy & Delivery

GHD seeks a Lead - Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to drive growth across the U.S. and Canada. You will steer regional BESS strategy, engage with developers, utilities and financiers, and coordinate with Wind and T&D leads. You will mentor a cross-regional team and standardize tools and playbooks. The role requires 10–15 years in power systems with 5+ years in BESS, strong interconnection and EMS/SCADA skills, and a PE/eligibility. Hybrid work model. Travel regionally as needed.
