100k-120k Salary + Monthly bonus of 4k Benefits: Industry Leading & Comprehensive A leading, family owned plumbing supply company is seeking a sales driven Branch Manager to lead and grow an established North Jersey location. This is an opportunity for an experienced plumbing industry leader who wants real ownership of a branch, the ability to grow the business, and compensation tied to results. The company has a strong reputation, premier product lines, an established customer base, and the flexibility of a privately held organization where decisions can be made quickly. What You'll Own
- Drive branch sales, gross profit, and market share
- Develop new business with plumbing contractors, builders, developers, and trade professionals
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers
- Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for results
- Stay active in the market through customer visits, job sites, and business development
- Oversee overall branch performance and create a high energy, customer focused culture
What We're Looking For:
- Strong plumbing supply industry experience
- Proven sales and business development success
- Established relationships within the contractor and trade community
- Experience leading and developing salespeople
- Strong knowledge of plumbing products, including pipe, valves, fittings, fixtures, water heaters, and related products
- A hands on leader who is competitive, accountable, relationship driven, and motivated to grow a business
