AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologists for growth and expansion opportunities in DeLand and Orange City, Florida. This hospital-employed position offers an immediate patient base, dedicated clinic and OR time, and access to advanced surgical technology including da Vinci and Aquablation systems. Physicians will work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team supported by one of Florida's largest multispecialty groups.

Responsibilities:
Build a busy practice while working alongside a collaborative team
Provide full-scope General Urology practice
Participate in dedicated outpatient clinic and protected OR block time
Share hospital consults and call responsibilities with fellow urologists
Compensation
Highly competitive compensation with the potential to exceed $600,000 in Year One
Base salary guarantee with production bonus potential

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
