The Worship Pastor is tasked with the oversight of worship and music ministry across all of Riv’s venues and serves as the primary worship leader at the Holt Venue. We are seeking a person with a deep love for Jesus, a strong theological foundation, and a desire to lead as a pastor first and a musician second. The role involves developing venue Worship Leaders, shepherding volunteer musicians and worship staff, and helping our congregation engage in worship as we invite everyone to know and enjoy Jesus.
