Prepress Graphic Design and Customer Service

This onsite role supports prepress graphic design and day-to-day production processing while also providing customer service for Yakima Label, LLC in Union Gap, WA.

Communicate with customers via phone and email to assist and educate them on preparing files for printing. Create print-ready PDFs for proofing, imposition, and production. Stay current on latest technologies and software tools. Answer telephones and take orders when needed. Provide email and telephone support to customers. Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Great attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Excellent computer skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time. Tools & Technologies Adobe Illustrator (Adobe Suite knowledge required) Microsoft Office Suite QuickBooks Bartender Compensation $18.00 to $23.00 per hour to start (DOE), with room for growth.
