APPLY NOWNursery Department PositionWe are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic to join our Nursery Department. The right person needs to have experience with loading bulk material; horticulture background is preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help customers load plants, bagged materials and bulk materials.
Maintain clean, organized and safe shopping environment.
Help unload plant trucks.
Comply to all company policies and procedures.
Competencies:
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Ability to operate skid loader, wheel loader and fork truck.
General plant knowledge.
Requirements:
Customer service skills.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
