Senior Development Manager | Ground-Up Multifamily | Miami, FLWe’re partnering with a well-capitalized real estate investment and development platform to hire a Senior Development Manager in Miami. This is an immediate hire with real ownership over ground-up multifamily projects across South Florida and the Northeast.
The role:- Lead ground-up multifamily projects from pre-development through construction, delivery and turnover
- Be the technical lead on design, architecture and engineering, working closely with architects, engineers and GCsSteer projects through the SE and NE entitlement and permitting process
- Partner with the investment team, who own the underwriting, so you can focus on getting projects designed, built and delivered well
- What they’re looking for
- A technical background in architecture or engineering, ideally someone who started as an architect and moved into development
- Full-cycle experience taking multifamily projects through to completion and turnover
- Hands-on knowledge of the South Florida approvals process
- Someone who is comfortable in the weeds on drawings, specs and consultant coordination
- The package$150,000 to $170,000 base 30% annual bonus
- Additional project milestone bonuses
