What you'll do: Perform express maintenance services -- oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, wiper blade replacements, cabin and engine air filter replacements, and multi-point inspections Identify and communicate additional service needs discovered during inspections to service advisors -- supporting guest safety and service advisor upsell opportunities Follow Volvo express lane procedures and safety standards on every vehicle Work accurately and efficiently throughout the shift -- the express lane's pace depends on technicians who don't sacrifice quality for speed

What we're looking for: 1+ year of automotive technician, lube tech, or express service experience preferred -- candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong aptitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures -- oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated -- the express lane depends on consistent output every shift Volvo or European brand familiarity a plus -- not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
