Lumentum is seeking a Lead Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive supplier quality excellence for our optical transceiver portfolio. You will partner with Product Engineering, Global Sourcing, and Manufacturing to ensure supplier capability, readiness, and quality across the product lifecycle—from NPI through ramp and sustainment.
The role requires deep knowledge of high-speed optical transceiver technologies, supplier development, and cross-functional leadership.
