Senior Resilience & Continuity Lead

American Century Investments is seeking a Senior Resiliency Advisor to join our Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Resiliency team in a hybrid KC office. You will lead and mature the organization’s business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience programs, ensuring critical operations stay resilient through disruptions. You will partner with business and technology teams, perform impact analyses, design recovery strategies, and guide governance.
