Senior Director, Merchandising Strategy & Investment

Reformation in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Director, Merchandising Strategy & Planning to own how we plan, invest in, and scale assortments across channels. You will partner with Merchandising and Buying to translate strategy into actionable financial plans that drive growth and margin. This role leads a team, shapes category architecture and investment strategy, and steers open-to-buy, receipt placement, and markdown decisions in a fast-changing, test-and-iterate environment.
