Journeyman Fabrication Tool & Die Maker 2nd Shift
Reports To: Tooling Manager
Status: Full Time/Overtime as necessary
Job Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent
- Industrial Truck License
- Motor coordination, manual & finger dexterity
- Tool & Die Journeymen's card or 8 yrs experience in trade

To design, build, and repair fabrication dies that are capable of producing quality plastic parts.
Essential Job Functions1. Design and build extrusion dies.2. Repair extrusion dies, on and off line, when necessary.3. Maintain and repair all tooling machines.4. Inspect the first parts produced by each new extrusion die.5. Troubleshoot all existing extrusion dies.6. Inspect other toolmakers work.7. Research and develop new tooling jobs, and produce prototype samples.8. Complete all necessary paperwork, including weekly progress reports.9. Housekeeping.10. Basic computer skills.
